(reasons why you and your child will love Math for Laughs!)

Math for Laughs is a playful approach to math practice. Students will have fun doing all sorts of group activities: crafts, active games, science experiments, building projects, logic games, snack activities, and much much more...all with a math twist!

For math strugglers, having fun with math in the mix will sneak in extra practice but most importantly change a negative attitude to positive for school; math-loving kids will have double the fun when games and math are combined!

We play games that practice all sorts of grade-appropriate math skills such as number sense, facts and calculations, fractions and percentages, shapes and colors, maps and directions, odd/even, lower/higher, and much much much more. We'll even slip social studies, science, language arts and other school skills into the mix!

While we mainly play small-group games, we also do games for individuals and pairs so everyone has a blast!

Math for Laughs features small classes so your child is assured individualized attention. Communication with parents/guardians throughout the session (via e-mail) is always encouraged. Students get prizes for participation and effort.

Math practice, and progress, is a barrel of laughs!
